Tweed Cottage Jedburgh, holiday cottage terms and conditions
By paying a deposit the tenant is agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

Upon confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required. The remainder
of all monies due must be paid a minimum of 14 days prior to date of arrival. You can also pay the full balance up front, £50 of which would be the non-refundable deposit. If the booking is made within 30 days of the date of arrival then 100% of the booking is required
at time of booking.

The rental cost is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy
with a cancellation clause to cover such circumstances.

No additional persons shall be permitted to reside at the property, over and above that specified on the booking form, without prior agreement.

Lettings are from 4pm on the day you arrive, to 10am on the day you leave, unless otherwise agreed.

The tenants agree that neither the owners nor any person in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury, howsoever caused, which may be sustained by the tenants or any member of their party, or any person whom the tenants may have invited into the accommodation and grounds of the property during the holiday period.

Pets are always welcome by prior arrangement. Guests are requested to poop and scoop and no pets are to be left unattended in the cottage for any long periods of time without adequate food and water.

If you do accidentally break something, please replace it with a similar item while you are there.

In case of an emergency we reserve the right to access the property at any time during the letting period. The property should be left as you found it on arrival. Any excessive cleaning or damage will incur a surcharge. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note: Dogs are welcome in Tweed Cottage with prior consent – unfortunately Cats are NOT allowed in the cottage.

Unfortunately the cottage has no wheelchair access and the surrounding area is not suitable
for anyone with a physical disability.
