A real home from home. An enjoyable 7 days walking around the area - Hadrians Wall is a must and the final part of the Pennine Way (Kirk Yethom) hard going but great views - worth the effort! Friendly welcome and great food at the Border Hotel, Kirk Yetholm.

Lovely cottage and superb weather. Stopped at Jedburgh many times on the way North but didn't realise how lovely the locality is. Plenty of walks and towns of Kelso, Melrose and Hawick all worth visiting, would love to come back again.

What a lovely cottage, it had everything we needed. We loved watching the birds outside and feeding them too. It was a great central location for day trips to Scotland and England. Thanks for everything!

Excellent cottage. Very clean and well equiped. We enjoyed our stay here. Scottish Borders and Edinburgh have been an unforgettable experience for us, and the cottage we really felt at home. Thank you so much.

Excellent cottage, value for money, amazed at the finer details taken into account and accomodated for. Suitable for all the family, my 2 sons enjoyed playing with the toys and watching the films. Lovely area we will be back for a longer period next time to explore more.

Comfortable and cosy cottage, lots of things to do near by, lovely walks for Barney. Fantastic weather, can't beleive it's nearly November - more like summer! Overall and ideal location. Cottage is lovely and clean and well equiped. Mick and Ros Derbyshire
Thank you for the lovely welcome. The cottage is very comfortable and excellently appointed - a good base for exploring not only the immediate area, but further afield. Bamburgh and Edinburgh (suggest the Park & Ride at Newcraighall) are little more than a hour away. We found the surrounding area beautiful with history at every turn. Tourist Information at Jedburgh is a must - also Eastcote House Archery Centre - great for all the family, including teenagers! Thank you very much.
